IMPORTANT: The tape must be applied on cooler dry skin, in a dry room. You need to chill and stay still for 30mins, you can trim the edges after 30mins if your outfit requires. Remove with oil or in shower. Don't wear for longer than 8-10hrs to avoid irritation. We recommend skin testing before wearing.
