Australian 1st Virtual Fitting launched 2017. What is a Virtual Fitting?
Virtual fittings take place with one of our qualified fitters over Skype or Facetime, in one of our fitting rooms we have here in store.
Please note that this does not replace coming in for a professional bra fitting experience. However, maybe you live remotely, interstate or just can't find the time to come in.
Our initial contact with you will be via a phone consultation. During this process we will discuss which bra you currently have, how it is fitting and where it may not be fitting correctly. We can then recommend a product and size for you. You then have the choice to purchase this product.
Once you have received the product you can book a virtual fitting via the link below. Alternatively, you can put your newest or best fitting bra you have on and we can see how we may be able to help with our products to get you a new, better fitting bra.
How does the Virtual fitting work?
Once you have sent us all the information via the form below, we will contact you to confirm all the details and any other further information you may need.
When the appointment time comes around we will call you via the Skype ID or Facetime number you have provided. When you are comfortable you can remove your top and leave your bra on. We will ask you to stand and rotate so we are able to see the full fitting of the bra.
We understand this process can feel very confronting, this is why we have set up a private room so that it is only a one on one consultation.
Big Girls Don't Cry Anymore has been fitting women for the past 25 years and we have experience will all ages, abilities and sizes. You may hear background noise from customers or staff, however no one other than yourself and one of our professional fitters will be in the room. We use headphones to talk to you, so your voice will not be heard by the rest of the store or staff. All of your information is kept private and confidential, we do not on sell or distribute your personal details outside of our store.
Please note, on the form, we will ask you to agree to a disclosure before the Virtual Fitting, stating that you allow us to have this Virtual Fitting and that Big Girls Don't Cry Anymore will not retain any of the imagery that is being shown to us. E.G. No screenshots will be taken.
Hours for Virtual fittings?
Currently our hours for the Virtual fittings are as follows. We will be looking at either extending these in the future. If these times do not suit you currently please let us know and we will see how we may be able to help.
Monday - Friday - 9:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday - 9:30am - 1:30pm
Sunday - 9:30am - 12:30pm
How long will the Virtual appointment take?
Like in store fittings times can vary, we suggest allowing at least 30 mins for the appointment. This obviously can be longer or shorter in time.
Will this cost me?
We do not charge for any fittings, if you choose to purchase a bra/s prior to, or after the Virtual fitting, this will be your only cost. Our goal is always to ensure that we find the customer the best possible fitting and new bra wardrobe.
