We will email you back with Delivery on your garments, if they are not in stock, they could take up to 2-4 weeks, but we can give you an estimated time once the order is placed. If you require a garment immediately give us a call on 07 3265 1811 and we can check stock for you straight away.

Refunds/Returns Policy

Please Return anything unsuitable within 14 days for an exchange or refund. The garment must be returned in the same condition as purchased. The Tags must also be attached. Please see washing instructions on tag of garment as no claims will be made if not followed.

If you purchase something online or over the phone we are happy to exchange or refund the garments less the cost of postage, if items are returned within 14 days. The item must not have been worn or damaged.  The Tags must also be attached.  Please see washing instructions on tag of garment as no claims will be made if not followed.

If the garment does not fit and you need help regarding sizing please don't hesitate to call us on 07 3265 1811.

There are no refunds or exchanges on the clearance section of the website or clearance section in-store unless garment/s have a manufacturing fault. 


Payment Options


We have a few payment options online.  You can select from when ordering online, they are the following:

    • PAYPAL - We will send you a Paypal invoice. Please note you do not need a Paypal account to pay the invoice when sent. Credit Card - please let us know over the phone if you would like to pay via Credit Card. We will contact you to advise on delivery dates then too. 
       
    • CREDIT CARD - PLEASE NOT THAT YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITHIN 48HOURS IF ITEM/S CAN NOT BE SUPPLIED OR ARE DELAYED.  Unfortunately we are not able to keep all items in stock all the time.  If your item/s are not in stock we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss delivery times.  Therfore you may be ordering items and paying for them before you get them.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
 

Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay. All of your payments are interest free.

WHAT DO I NEED? 

1. A debit or credit card 
2. To be over 18 years of age 
3. To live in Australia 

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

1. At the checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment option. You will be redirected to the Afterpay website to process your order. 
3. Register or login into Afterpay to confirm your order. 
4. You will then be redirected to the Big Girls Don't Cry Anymore website to receive your order confirmation.   
5. Please note that Afterpay's maximum transaction limit is AUD$1000, however each order is subject to Afterpay's credit assessment. 

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
 

When you place your first order using Afterpay, the first installment will be charged at the time of purchase. Following that, each installment will be deduced from your debit/credit card each fortnight. For all of your future orders using Afterpay, your first installment will be deducted within 14 days. At the time of purchase, the full Afterpay schedule will be outlined for you. 

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED STRAIGHT AWAY? 

Majority of our items are in-store or in our warehouse all the time and therefore will be shipped within 24 hours (closed Sundays and Public holidays, please allow for extended delivery times).  Unfortunately we are not able to keep all items in stock all the time.  If your item/s are not in stock we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss delivery times.  Therfore you may be ordering items and paying for them before you get them.  


CAN I RETURN MY AFTERPAY ORDER?

Yes, our normal returns and exchanges policy applies to all Afterpay orders. You have 14 days from date you receive your order to return or exchange your item, providing it meets the terms of our policy. Please consult our Returns and Exchanges Policy here:
